Building of the Parish Centre
Above the hospital we would like to build a Parish Centre used for social outreach – mums and toddler groups, children and youth work, health advice etc – in fact the opportunities would be vast! The centre would be managed by a social worker who would look to outreach into other local villages as well as Muranpur.
The building would also have a kitchen to serve various social functions and also contain guest bedrooms and bathroom to accommodate visiting guests including members of IAF and their friends!
This would be an independent facility, although both the hospital and parish centre would have a lot of common uses. Once we have sufficient funds the first floor is to be constructed in accordance with the plans already drawn for the Parish Centre.
The architectural plans have been drawn up. Probable cost is £25,000. While Peter Churms is visiting, if he sees an opportunity to allow them to build some of the concrete/steel structures he has the trustee’s permission to go ahead
